In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "royalclub," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the royalclub platform accessible at royalclub.bio and its affiliated services.
• "Platform" means the royalclub website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming products, including casino games, sports betting, sabong, bingo, and live dealer services.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any registered account holder or visitor accessing the royalclub Platform.
• "Account" means a registered royalclub user account created in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.
• "Wallet" means the royalclub in-platform balance associated with a registered Account, used for deposits, wagers, and withdrawals.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or match bonuses credited to a royalclub Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.

In addition to the age requirement, you confirm that:

• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporation, trust, or other legal entity for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of royalclub or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an Account closed by royalclub for violations of these Terms.
• All information provided during Account registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

royalclub reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended pending the provision of satisfactory documentation.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) royalclub Account. The creation of multiple Accounts, whether using the same or different personal information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. royalclub may close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances where duplicate Accounts are identified.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your royalclub login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
• Notifying royalclub immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

royalclub will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to request your royalclub login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Account information, including registered email address and mobile number, may be updated through the Account settings panel. royalclub may require re-verification of identity following certain Account changes.

royalclub accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit is ₱100. royalclub does not accept deposits funded by credit obtained from third-party lenders for the purpose of gambling.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund the Account. royalclub does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• royalclub reserves the right to conduct anti-money-laundering checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Processing times may be extended during such reviews.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 60 seconds of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business hours.

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to royalclub's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy and applicable PAGCOR regulations. royalclub reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for transactions above certain thresholds.

royalclub may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to registered users from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable across all royalclub promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited to your Wallet separately from your real money balance and must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal.
• Only one promotional offer may be claimed per user, per promotion period, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• royalclub reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotions, including through the use of multiple Accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.

All games available on the royalclub Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. royalclub makes no representation that any particular outcome is guaranteed or that past results are indicative of future performance.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or interruption affecting a gaming session, royalclub reserves the right to void the affected game round and return any wager amounts to the player's Wallet. royalclub's decision in such matters is final. royalclub shall not be liable for any winnings arising from malfunctions or errors.

Live dealer games are governed by the rules of the relevant game provider, as displayed within the game interface. Sports betting markets, odds, and settlement rules are governed by royalclub's Sportsbook Rules, available on request from our support team.

royalclub is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides the following player protection tools to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds over any defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure alerts notifying them of their time spent playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the royalclub Platform by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours. Permanently excluded Accounts cannot be reopened.

royalclub strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and does not permit participation in any form of gambling by persons under 21 years of age. If you believe you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, please seek support through appropriate counselling resources.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the royalclub Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating more than one royalclub Account or registering using false identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in chip-dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime under Philippine law.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing royalclub staff or other users through any communication channel.

All content on the royalclub Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, promotional materials, and the royalclub brand identity, is the intellectual property of royalclub or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any royalclub Platform content without the prior written consent of royalclub. Unauthorised use of royalclub intellectual property may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, royalclub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

royalclub's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of funds held in the user's royalclub Wallet at the time the claim arises.

royalclub makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and internet connection are secure before accessing the royalclub Platform.

royalclub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the royalclub Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must cease using the royalclub Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the royalclub Platform.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact royalclub's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. royalclub will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

Nothing in this clause limits royalclub's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
